She holds an Escrow Officer’s license with the Texas Department of Insurance the entity responsible for regulating the title industry in Texas.

Haddad was a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas for over a decade before becoming a real estate attorney. She also has been an approved instructor for Mandatory Continuing Education Legal and Ethics for the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). As a result, understanding brokerage issues, duties and ethics is a key practice for us.
